Bugjam 2008: Full episode aired on Granada Men & Motors

Just Kampers teamed up with Andy Saunders at Bug Jam 2008 to create the world's lowest Campervan in a record three days. Headed up by VW enthusiast, Andy Saunders, the Just Kampers team converted a 7ft 8ins high VW Camper into a 3.3ft high version - in just three days. The 1980 Type 25 camper had 70,000 miles on the clock when they transformed it and with a top speed of 80mph, the bizarre camper certainly turns heads when it's driven on the roads. There are two seats behind the driving position, it is fully road worthy and due to its low height it can easily sneak into car parks by driving underneath the barrier! The van was originally bought for £1,000 but is now estimated to be worth far more than this due to its novelty factor. After all, it is even possible to sleep in the back if you don't suffer from claustrophobia...
